Oracle Altar Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Oracle Altar! We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably nationally & internationally.

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, or if we are closed for personal reasons). Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

NZ Addresses: Estimated to be 2–5 business days (allow extra time for rural delivery)

AUS Addresses: Estimated to be 4-8 business days (allow approx 3 days to get through customs)

Other countries: Estimated to be 4-14 business days, depending on the country (could be longer due to customs).

We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched and collected by NZ Post.

Shipping Rates

We have a flat rate of $9 NZD for all orders in NZ

We have a flat rate of $25 AUD for all orders to Australia.

We have a flat rate of $45 NZD for all other countries.

Free shipping to NZ & AUS on orders over $250 - this cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. This will be applied automatically - no code needed. 

Shipping Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to courier backlogs, weather events, or public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll get in touch.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@oraclealtar.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and help you out as best we can. However, you will be required to return the product in its original packaging so the couriers can inspect it before proceeding with a claim. 

Return To Sender

If your order has been 'returned to sender', please email us at hello@oraclealtar.com Please check the address that you provided in your order is correct.

If you have provided the incorrect address, you will need to pay for the redelivery fees. Alternatively, a store credit or refund for the product will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If your parcel is unclaimed at the post office and returned to us, we will issue you with a store credit or refund for your purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
