Change of Mind Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is damaged or not as described.
If you believe your item is damaged:
1. Contact us at hello@oraclealtar.com with your order number and a photo or description of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
2. You will need to return the product and original packaging to us so the courier can inspect it before a claim can be lodged. We will provide you with a return address if required. Please ensure your return is tracked. We’re not responsible for lost return parcels.
